手術はHuynh Ba Linh先生と同僚の先生方により、約90分ほどで成功裏に済みまhした。
手術の後、約４時間ほど病院のベットで麻酔が抜けるまで寝ていましたが、その後、ステッキと種々の薬をもって、ホテルにタクシーで帰りました。痛みは穏やかなものでした。
食事に関して、タンパク質を多く含む食事を取るように心がけ、マルチビタミン・ミネラルを摂取してました。アルコールは許可されませんでした。

On February 25th, 2016, I received removal surgery of intramedurally nail ( SIGN: USA) at STO Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Why I waited this surgery was Dr. Ba Linh Huynh told me that I needed to wait about 2 years.
Surgery was successfully done within about 90 minutes by Dr. Ba Linh Huynh and co-doctors.
After the surgery, I spent about 4 hours laying down on the bed in the hospital and went back hotel with walking stick and medicines (painkiller and other drugs) very carefully. Pain was moderate.
After the surgery, I ate a lot of protein food such as meat and had multi vitamins and minerals.
Alcohol was prohibited of course.
