すでに関節可動域は100度ほどになりました。
異所性骨化切除前とほとんど変わらないほどに回復しています。
現在は、脚を曲げ伸ばしした際、ほとんど何の違和感も感じません。
異所性骨化の切除手術前は、膝の曲げ伸ばしの際に、「ゴリッ、ゴリッ」、と筋肉の中で骨が擦れあう音がありました。異物が筋肉の中に存在するという違和感を強く感じていました。

I don't feel any sense of discomfort when I bend and straighten right leg.
I remember rubbing sound "gori gori" in right thigh muscle before the resection surgery of HO and at that time I felt that there was foreign object in the muscle.

関節可動域90度、ROM 90 Degrees
右足の膝関節可動域(ROM)が90°にまで回復しました。
もうほとんど患部の腫れはなくなりました。

異所性骨化切除後 17日目, 17 Days after Resection of HO
ベトナム、ホーチミン市のSTO Phuong Dong Hospital にて Huynh Ba Linh先生に手術していただいてから17日が経ちました。
切開した患部の様子です。痛みはだいぶ落ち着きました。また、一見、結構すごい傷に見えますが、近くで見ると、とてもきれいに縫合されていて特に気になるものではありません。傷については人それぞれの価値観があると思いますが、私にとっては異所性骨化という異物が幸いにもなくなったことに対して喜びの感情のほうがはるかに大きく、むしろいい記念だとさえ感じています。
膝関節可動域(range of knee motion)は手術後、腫れがあったので多少狭くなりましたが、すでに80度程になりました。
異所性骨化切除前に手で患部を触ると、硬くてへこむことのない程だった筋肉が、今現在は元の正常な筋肉の弾力性を取り戻しました。素直にうれしいです。

I hardly worry about the scar because I feel happy enough to resect Heterotopic ossification that is foreign object for my right leg and I rather feel this is remembrance of the successful surgery.
Range of the knee motion became narrower than before the surgery, now its ROM is about 80 degrees. When I touched diseased site before the resection of Heterotopic Ossification, its muscle was very rigid and didn't get dented, but now recovered its muscle's normal resilience. I am with genuine pleasure.
