Huynh Ba Linh 先生、そして世界の医師の先生方ありがとうございました。おかげさまで脚長差や異所性骨化が無事に手術で治癒しました。
結局、2014年の脚長差修正手術、そして創外固定器とスクリュウ式のピンの除去から、正常な歩行までは1年という月日が必要でした。Ｏ脚は右大腿骨に多少残っていますが、手術以前からの軽度のＯ脚については前もって気にしないと先生に告げていましたし、歩行には問題ありませんし、気になる程度ではありませんので、結果オーライという感じです。私がこれまでの手術で感じたことは、筋肉や骨などのリモデリングが重要ということでした。さらに、忍耐も必要とされましたが、気長に経過を観察することが重要とも感じました。ところで、関節可動域は自然に任せて回復しました。
今一度 Huynh Ba Linh 先生と Roger Li 先生に感謝を申し上げます。お二人の助けがなければ、抜け出せなかったと思っております。 同時に日本の医師の先生方の検査がなければわからないことが多かったとも感じております。ありがとうございました。

After all, I needed 1 year after removal of external fixator and pins from right thigh to walk normally. As far as mild bow leg on right femur is concerned, I didn't care before the surgery and I told doctor that, so It's not problem and in fact, that is not problem to walk. The most important things was remodeling of muscles and bone. In addition, it was important for me to accept patience and observe healing processes. by the way, limited knee rom was naturally recovered within about 6 months and it was unnecessary to receive MUA(manipulation under anesthesia) and Quadriceplasty.

※Please be careful about technical matters. there are theories about limb lengthening surgery.
patients who want to "correct leg" need to know at least LDFA, MPTA, LDTA, mechanical and anatomical axis ,anteversion angle and femur neck angle and its average parameters. So, before the surgery, we need to know where we can have "Standing Xray" in one or two or three shots in the world. Furthermore, please check the size of surgical scar in each medical doctors.
